Adoption Questionnaire

We screen thoroughly for the safety of the cats and the well-being of the relationship you’ll be entering into with them. The questions are not meant to be invasive or judgmental. Sometimes these questions bring up things folks hadn’t thought about. We like to try to cover all the bases. In most cases, these cats have already been through trauma and we want to ensure that never happens again. We assume that if you’re reading this, you feel the same way.

There may be follow-up questions based on your answers.

You can copy and paste these into an email, Word document or Facebook message and submit your answers in those ways.

Are you willing to meet in person or video chat via Facebook or Zoom before the cat is adopted?
