If you’ve ever wanted an epic lap cat, Abraham is your cat. This guy has wanted nothing but to be held since he showed up here the day after Christmas. Well, he’s pretty partial to wet food too. He has the LOUDEST purr I’ve ever heard and does it often. He may have been dumped or escaped his home because he had on a beat-up red collar and had no idea where to go to get away from the cold. He was hunkered in front of our door for several hours before we brought him in. Up until the last week, he’d been uninterested in playing and only wanted to be pet and held. I feel like he may have been depressed after losing his family, but he’s finally began playing.
We don’t know how old he is, but I would guess older than 4. We had him neutered and given a rabies and FVRCP vaccine and wormed him. His adoption fee is $25.
